Clients We Love: World Resources Institute

We love publication design and doing what we can to make our world a better, healthier place for the future. Partnering with WRI, we check both those boxes.

My work began with World Resources Institute in 2001 with the publication and supporting materials (folders, invitations, signage) for Beyond Grey Pinstripes. From there, our design partnership continued as we developed the various Green House Gas Protocols (such as The GHG for the U.S. Public Sector to The Land Use, Land-Use Change, and Forestry Guidance for GHG Project Accounting — fun to include a photo of cows) and the figure-heavy Tomorrow’s Markets. We developed the visually rich and in-depth World Resources Reports 2005 (The Wealth of the Poor), WRR 2008 (Roots of Resilience) and WRR 2010/11 Decision-Making in a Changing Climate. I designed the CCS Guidelines (Guidelines for Carbon Dioxide Capture, Transport, and Storage). I produced the updated GHG guides, from GHG Protocols from the Policy and Action Standard to the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Accounting and Reporting Standard to the Global Protocol for Community-Scale Greenhouse Gas Emission Inventories. More recently, we have produced the State of Climate Action Reports for 2021 & 2022.  In addition to the larger publications, we have created various white papers and technical documents, in various languages, in a timely and efficient manner to meet the client deadline.

At Studio Red Design, we look to bring unique insights to your organization and how you work to help you achieve and advance your mission and objectives.
